All orders are processed the day after we receive them. Delivery within New Zealand is by New Zealand Post and should be within 5 days of receiving your order. Please contact us if you have not received your order within 10 days.
Delivery to Australia and the South Pacific is by New Zealand Post International Air Service and should be within 10 days of receiving your order. Delivery to all other countries is by International Economy Service and should be within 10-25 days after receiving your order. Please contact us if you have not received your order 7 days after this time.
Delivery charges will vary according to your location and size of your order. Charges will be calculated during the checkout process and added to your order.
If a product is temporarily out of stock we will notify you by email within 24 hours and ask for your further instructions.

Should any item not measure up to our high quality standards, simply return it within 14 days of receipt and we will happily refund your purchase price and if required arrange a replacement item.
When returning an item purchased online, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org a Returns Sheet. Please send us the Returns Sheet along with the item. Upon receipt of goods, we will refund you using the manner in which you originally paid.
If you believe you have been sent incorrect items, please email us at email@example.com for a Returns Sheet and post it to us along with the item(s) to be returned within 14 days of receipt of your order. All we ask is that items be in original condition with all labels and swing tags still attached. We will send you replacement item(s) and ensure you are reimbursed the return postage cost.
If you wish to exchange your item for a different size / colour / style, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a Returns Sheet and post it to us along with the item(s) to be exchanged within 14 days of receipt of your order. Again, all we ask is that items be in original condition with all labels and swing tags still attached.
PLEASE NOTE: There is no delivery charge for exchange on items where:
- The product is faulty or does not meet our high quality standards through no fault of the customer.
- The product is not the ordered colour or size.
All other exchanges are charged our standard delivery rates.

All of our credit card transactions are processed by the best practise online payment system DPS (Direct Payment Solutions) in a secure payment gateway. SUB Active Wear don’t actually receive or hold your credit card details, your details are handled by DPS, and are only used when being transmitted to the appropriate credit card agency for processing with your bank.
