Sarah Ulmer Brand (SUB) does not accept any liability, direct or indirect, for any loss or damage which may directly or indirectly result from the purchase of our products, and you fully agree to indemnify SUB from any such action as a condition of your purchase.
You also acknowledge that SUB is fully indemnified should any other person, other than yourself, access your account on our website.

The Sarah Ulmer Brand and SUB name and logo are Trade Marks of Cycling Productions Limited.

SECTION 4 - ORDERS
A contract between the purchaser and SUB is created by the following steps:
- Order is placed on our website.
- An automated email will be sent to your designated email address notifying that SUB has received your order.
- Once payment has been fully processed, acceptance/dispatch of your order will occur.
- Acceptance of your order may not take place if the:
* Product ordered is out of stock
* Payment failure e.g. Credit card declined
- If any problems occur with your order, the SUB team will contact you.
- Please ensure that you, and you alone, are the sole user of your SUB account.
The "on-selling" of goods purchased from SUB is not permitted. Only SUB retailers have our authority to do so.
Product Description
Each item sold is done so according to the product description that appears on the website.
We have endeavored to ensure that all descriptions and prices are correct. However, due to unforeseen circumstances there may be a variance at the time of placing your order.
SECTION 5 - PAYMENT
- All prices listed on our website are in New Zealand dollars (NZD).
- All prices include GST (goods and services tax).
- All prices are correct at time of website publication.
- Methods of website payment:

* MasterCard
* Bank Transfer payments
- All credit card payments are subject to online authorisation.
If credit card authorisation is declined, SUB cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery.
